My name is Diana Campis and I’m a Program Coordinator here at A Caring Heart, my main responsibilities involve directing and coordinating office services and related activities that keeps our Programs running effectively, this includes being able to assist our clients acquire/retain their services as well as having new staff members start their journey with our agency to help those who are in need of care. My name is Kaycie Rivera and I have a passion for ensuring that our elderly members of the community receive the right care and services that can improve their quality of life. As Intake Specialist here at A Caring Heart, I am tasked in assisting the elderly go through the approval process with the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elderly. This can be a challenging process, especially with gathering all the required documents for the approval. Consequently, my responsibilities include attaining individual’s information, helping with the application process and taking each individual along the way in order to make sure that he/she is approved for services and remain at home with loved ones. The families that we have helped have told us that what could have been an overwhelming and stressful task was made much easier with A Caring Heart Home Services assistance.

My name is Marisol Morell, and I am the Community Outreach Coordinator with A Caring Heart Home Services. As the Community Outreach Coordinator my role is to educate the community about the services, we offer through the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders and how an Individual and family members can benefit from these services. I take great satisfaction and pride in helping and advocating for our elders to receive the support they need to keep them in the comfort of their homes. We have an exceptional team at A Caring Heart Home Services that takes great pride in advocating for our clients and helping our clients and their families in walking through the process of applying for the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders.
